The ONA Local 4 will be using electronic voting for the upcoming Local and Bargaining Unit elections being held September 16 – 23, 2026.
To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the voting process, an electronic voting service provider has been retained. The provider will email secure voting credentials (PINs/passwords) to all members who are eligible to vote in the election.
To receive your voting information, it is important that ONA has your current personal email address on file. Please note that employer email addresses will not be used for election communications.
At least 45 days prior to the election period, a Call for Nominations will be posted on the ONA bulletin board at your workplace. The notice will include the positions open for nomination and details regarding the nomination process.
To help ensure the accuracy of our membership database, a test email will be sent to members before the election. Please check your spam/junk folder for any ONA emails.
If you need to update your email address or any other personal information (such as your mailing address or phone number), please send your updated information to your ONA site rep or BUP.
